Ensure that all details of the item and reasons for return are stipulated in the returns request.
All returns must unused, unopened and in 100% resellable condition.
The product must be in its original packaging and condition, including any free items or bundled items provided with the main product purchased.
Due to hygiene purposes, we are unable to take back any used pre-cut blouses, and any jewellery items.
A support request for a return must be logged within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, and returned to Vivah Couture within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking and admin fee. It is the responsibility and expense of the customer to return the product to Vivah Couture, using a reputable courier. Vivah Couture will not be held responsible or accountable for products not received.

Vivah Couture reserves the right to reject a returned product should it not meet the conditions stipulated above.
Refunds to a South African bank account or credit card will take place within 7-14 days of the returned itesms being fully inspected and approved for a credit.
